31 Days to a Better Body: Day 26 – No Guilt
(source)
Guilt is an useless emotion.
I feel guilty…
…about eating _____.
…about not eating _____.
….about skipping a workout.
….about working out.
…about spending time with ____.
….about spending not enough time with ____.
….about watching too much TV.
…about not getting pop culture references.
…about not eating organic.
…about spending too much eating organic.
…about doing ____.
….about not doing ____.
The guilt list some of us carry around is absurd.
Stop it.
Guilt gets us no where and even if we do need to cultivate some healthier habits. It’s better to acknowledge where we could improve and make steps in that direction even if there are a lot of falls along the way.
I repeat.
Guilt is an useless emotion.
Hugs and High Fives,
Jenn

Absolutely!! As many times as I read (and agree) with something like this I know I need to be reminded over and over. Great post! Very helpful, as always!!
It includes a wide range of exercises that you can perform right
in the convenience of your home. These courses are designed to focus on one
particular aspect of your game in most cases, so for instance you may take one course on putting and another on the drive.
These are unlikely to suffer any buggy performance.
